Coverage will be added as follows:
Merchandise total up to $49.99 = $1.35
Merchandise total from $50.00 to $100 = $2.30
Add $1.05 for each $100.00 thereafter. |

Product being shipped to a Pennsylvania address is required to have a 6% sales tax added to it. That includes
the cost of shipping as well. If you are tax exempt, please email your tax number for our records. |
